The Department
of Environmental Science & Technology is seeking to fill a
position of Lecturer. This person will also serve as the Academic Advisor for
our undergraduate program. This person will assist in teaching and help grow
and contribute to the enhancement and innovation of undergraduate teaching
and administration of the undergraduate office. Approximately 50% of the
duties involve teaching undergraduate courses. Other duties involve working
with faculty to help innovate our undergraduate program. This includes
undergraduate advising, providing courteous service to students, parents, and
the campus community. Must be able to work with students, faculty, and
administrators as well as excellent public speaking, writing, and
interpersonal skills.

•MS in an
agricultural, environmental, natural resource science, or closely related
field.
•Teaching experience, preferably at the post-secondary level. •Demonstrate excellence in teaching. •Administrative experience, especially in undergraduate advising. |

field.
