There are openings in all three branches; the Interior Branch is looking for someone with energy expertise/knowledge. The positions advertised are the GS 9-11 level, which for the most part requires graduate school, unless someone has otherwise excellent experience; these jobs have promotion potential all the way to the GS-15 level.
