1.  NCCOS is recruiting one *Oceanographer, ZP-1360-4 * located in Silver Spring to serve as the NCCOS Scientific Data Manager. The duties of the positions will design, plan, and lead activities associated with scientific data management including data management planning, data documentation, data preservation, data delivery, and implementation of a data publication framework.
