1. NCCOS is recruiting one *Oceanographer, ZP-1360-4 * located in Silver Spring to serve as the NCCOS Scientific Data Manager. The duties of the positions will design, plan, and lead activities associated with scientific data management including data management planning, data documentation, data preservation, data delivery, and implementation of a data publication framework. Applications for this position can be made via two routes: merit promotion (MAP) for all federal employees and also via the DE application route for all U.S. citizens. The announcements close on March 27, 2017.
